Seth had another vision - that he could fit 6 months of learning into one week. More about the leveraged-nano-MBA.

From last group of Seth Students 

Seth had a vision of a new way of learning about being an entrepreneur, a freelancer, a marketer. A businessperson. A vision that didn’t involve going to business school and earning an MBA. A way that would help leaders change the world.

He opened up his office to nine people to participate in an alternative MBA program to learn everything they could from him about business. And thus SAMBA was born.  - SAMBA MBA Students

What does Seth get out of it?

The only benefit I get is helping eleven very cool people leverage their jobs doing good.

I’m limiting the program to people at non-profits doing important work (or for-profits that leave a significantly positive impact on their communities). I know this is subjective, but I’ve found that people who are doing work that they’re proud of have already made an important choice.
